Our Story
Pier 6 Coffee Roasters was born from a simple conviction: that extraordinary coffee shouldn't require a city skyline. On S Harco Road, we've built a sanctuary where the pace slows, the aroma deepens, and every cup tells the story of its journey—from high-altitude farms to your hands.
Our roastery is a place of deliberate craft. We source green beans from farms that treat their land and people with respect, then roast them in small batches right here in Carrier Mills. The result is coffee with character: bold without being bitter, smooth without being bland, memorable without trying too hard.
The Roast
Each blend is a conversation between origin and fire—developed over weeks of tasting, adjusted by feel, and roasted to bring out what the bean was always meant to be.
A medium-dark espresso blend with notes of dark chocolate and toasted walnut. Built for the morning ritual—consistent, comforting, and reliably excellent.
A light-roast single origin that sings with bright citrus and a honeyed finish. For the drinker who wants to taste the terroir—the soil, the altitude, the rain.
